The results of the LCA Board of Directors Election were announced at the Annual Lakes Homeowners Meeting held on Tuesday, February 13. There were four candidates for the three open places and the new members will serve three-year terms.

2024 LCA quarterly assessments are $368 per quarter payable on or before the last day of the months of January, April, July, and October.

Regular LCA Board Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 PM in the upstairs lounge in the Lakes Beach and Tennis Club. There is no regular meeting in July or December and in November, the meeting is held the third Wednesday because of Thanksgiving.
The meeting agenda is posted online and in the Beach and Tennis Club prior to the monthly board meeting. Members who want to discuss a problem with the Board and seek a resolution are requested to provide the LCA office with a short description of the problem and any proposed solution at least seven days prior to the meeting. The information will be included in the Board's meeting package.
