The final LCA Board meeting for the 2011 calendar year was held on Wednesday, November 16, 2011.
The main topic of business was the 2012 budget. This includes the Operations Budget for day-to-day operations of the community, the Capital Budget for new improvements, and the Reserve Budget for maintenance and replacement of existing infrastructure. Copies of these documents are available for review in the Association office.
As a result of outstanding financial management on the part of our management, the Board and the Budget and Finance Committee, I am happy to share that our quarterly assessment will not change from the 2011 levels. After much deliberation, the Board determined that our association will be able to maintain our amenities and services, preserve our strong financial condition and protect our property values, all while recognizing the difficult economic climate.
Attached is your assessment payment notice for 2012. Quarterly payments are due and payable on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. The association appreciates your prompt payment.
If you have any comments or concerns, I encourage you to attend the next Board meeting on January 25, 2012.
